1. AVOID BLURRY OR GRITTY PHOTOS

Avoid blurred images

The quality of the uploaded photo is important! Make sure to only upload crisp photos where the subject is in focus and all the contours are clearly visible. Even a modern smartphone does the job!

2. GOOD LIGHTING MAKES THE BEST RESULTS

Light

Lighting is important! The light source should ideally shine straight onto the subject. If the photo is very dark, it will be very difficult for us to engrave perfectly and it will make the final product less detailed, especially on pets with dark fur.
3. MULTIPLE PETS ON PHOTO

Multiple pets

We highly recommend doing one pet per jewelry. If you really want both of your pets on the same jewelry, pelase make sure that all of the pets are positioned next to each other with very little to no space in between them. Also keep in mind that using multiple pets won't increase the diameter size of the finished piece and can end up making each pet less clear.

4. POSITIONING IS IMPORTANT

Positioning

What is not included in the photo can not be included on the jewelry as we try to make a perfect copy of the photo. If the whole body is visible, we will make a whole body silhouette, otherwise we will make a head silhouette only.

We currently ship anywhere in the world without any exceptions.

We offer standard worldwide shipping for $4.99.

And if your order has 2 or more items, the shipping is FREE.

We also provide expedited FedEx shipping for $25.

Once we've reviewed and manufactured your order, we'll hand over your package to our shipping carrier within 4-6 business days (Monday - Friday) at which point we will also send you your tracking number.

Typically once you receive your tracking number, it takes 1-3 business days for it to become active and start showing updates.

Please don't worry, no need to panic as sometimes it takes up to 5 days for your tracking code to start showing updates.

If more than 5 days has passed and tracking code still isn't showing update, please send us an email and we'll do our best to provide you with more info on the current status of your shipment.

As long as you use close up photo to ensure that we can bring all the facial details over to the finished pendant we will create a beautiful piece!

We always recommend to have 1 subject per jewelry.

If you really want 2 subjects (i.e. 2 dogs) on the same pendant, please remember that this won't increase the size/diameter of the final product.

If you would like to have multiple subjects, we recommend ordering multiple pieces instead at which point we will automatically deduct 20% from the final price during checkout if you order 3+ products (use discount code: PACK).

Furryosa jewelry will last forever if treated properly.

Here are some quick and easy tips to take care of your jewelry to prevent tarnishing, scratches and dullness:

• Always keep your jewelry securely stored and separately from other jewelry to avoid spinning and scratches.

• Keep your jewelry dry and away from skincare. Avoid contact with perfumes, chlorine, lotions, hairspray, cosmetics and any other chemicals as this may affect the color or luster.

• Be careful when wearing your chains, try not to get stuck with them or pull them.

• Remove your jewelry when bathing, exercising, doing housework etc. to avoid bending, scratching or losing it.

• Oils from your skin accumulate on the surface of silver and can predispose it to oxidation.

• Any jewelry isn’t meant to be worn 24/7 no matter how much you love it. Give it a break and show some love to other pieces of jewelry as well!

• Keep gold jewelry separately from silver jewelry. Gold scratches easily, so keep them in individual soft cloth bags or the original boxes they came it.

• Use warm water to wash your jewelry items gently and dry them with a soft cloth.

The keychain in particular is prone to be scratched when it's in your pocket among other hard metals such as your keys. However, unless the scratches are really deep, this shouldn't damage engraving of the photo.

Use warm water and a bit of mild dish detergent to wash your jewelry items gently, and dry them with a soft cloth.

Alternatively you can use salt, baking soda & dish detergent:

• Line a bowl with aluminum foil and top with salt, baking soda, and dish detergent.

• Add hot water and drop in your jewelry, letting it sit for 10 minutes.

• Gently scrub with an old toothbrush.

• Rinse and pat dry with paper towel.
