Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy FURRYOSA customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver amazing products and customer experience and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know...
You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment of order (or delivery in case of gift cards), no questions asked.
If you have already received shipping confirmation email with the tracking code, we are not able to cancel your order as it was already processed and sent out for shipping as unfortunately, we have no way of canceling the order once it's in transit.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns and refunds do not apply to orders due to the jewelry being highly customized and personalized according to the customer's specifications (custom uploaded photo and engraving text). It's also possible that the uploaded photo doesn't meet our photo guidelines in order to makes sure our craftsmen are able to do their best work.
If you're unhappy with the engraving, please contact us letting us know your order number and we'll check to see if you have submitted a photo that follows our photo guidelines.
If you didn't follow our photo guidelines then we're afraid it's likely that we can't help you.
If you did follow the photo guidelines and it's clear that we missed something or done something wrong, we'll redo your piece and send you a replacement one free of charge!
